The Quadrant Penthouse A406 has two en-suite bedrooms.

The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is downstairs and is furnished with two single beds. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and all the other appliances and equipment necessary for comfortable living.

The apartment has a smart TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi and braai facilities.

On Site Facilities

The Quadrant is a great, modern apartment block which includes a host of facilities for your entertainment / convenience. The award winning A Tavola Italian Restaurant and the Nood Coffee shop are conveniently situated on the ground floor.

The on site gym is very well equipped and also houses professional Physiotherapists, Biokinetics. The gym also includes an indoor training swimming pool. (The gym allows access to only one person from our apartment at a time).
