The Pink House

The villa accommodates guests across three en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are appointed with king-size beds, while the third offers twin beds that can be converted into a king configuration if preferred. Each bedroom is fitted with Egyptian cotton linen and towels, plush velour robes and slippers, GHD hairdryers, air conditioning, blockout curtains, and convenient bedside plug points with USB and Type-C ports. The en-suite bathrooms feature double vanity basins, with the main bedroom distinguished by a deep bath set beneath a striking overhanging glass chandelier. An additional guest bathroom is finished with a bold marble basin.

The open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area create a welcoming central space, enhanced by views of a tranquil koi pond and a landscaped garden designed by Francesca Watson. The fully equipped kitchen includes an AGA oven and Smeg appliances, offering both functionality and quality. A dedicated office provides a desktop computer, WiFi, and a printer, ensuring that work can continue comfortably if required. Outdoors, the property features a ten-metre heated swimming pool with a built-in jacuzzi, a wraparound patio fitted with outdoor heating, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, as well as a chef’s herb garden, pizza oven, and built-in barbecue.

The villa further benefits from a well-appointed office space, complete with power points on the veranda, allowing guests to work outdoors while enjoying uninterrupted mountain views.

The kitchen at Pink House Franschhoek is designed for everyday convenience and ease of use. It is equipped with an Aga oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, and a built-in Smeg dishwasher. Guests who prefer a more relaxed stay may opt for full board or the services of a private chef, while those who enjoy cooking will find the space both practical and well laid out.
