Exclusive Use Holiday House
The Pin 9 has six bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and one is furnished with a King-size bed. The main en-suite bathroom is fitted with an enormous bath, sauna shower, toilet and basin. Two of the other upstairs bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and balconies. The kitchen is suited to a cooking lover's dream offering a gas stove and an electric stove on an island stretching across the entire kitchen with armchairs around. There are three lounges, one with a bar area and an upstairs pyjama lounge with a coffee station. A delightful outside entertainment area with a private pool and a Jacuzzi as well as a jungle gym that will keep your children busy for hours.

The refundable breakage deposit is one night's stay or 10% of the whole accommodation amount (whichever is greater) the key deposit is included in this amount.
Cleaning is Mon-Sat excluding Sundays and public holidays, if guests want cleaning on public holidays or Sundays they will have to pay the cleaners R450 directly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 42 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 360 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
