Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
A 5% administration & bank charge fee will apply if your reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
A 25% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 15 & 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 14 & 7 days prior to expected arrival date.
Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 7 days prior to reservation date.
Full 100% cancellation fee will apply for “No Shows”
