The Ivory Sanctuary comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children and features three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed along with a child-only couch, while the third bedroom is fitted with two three-quarter beds and an additional child-only couch. A separate bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet serves the remaining rooms. Crisp linen and towels are provided for guest convenience.
The home features a spacious open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tea and coffee facilities. A breakfast bar and large dining table provide ample space for shared meals, while the air-conditioned lounge offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Replace the pool cover when the pool is not in use. Plastic only no glass is permitted in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, no diving or jumping is allowed, as the pool is intended for lounging and cooling off.
Ensure all windows and doors are latched whenever leaving the house, even for a short period. Do not leave food unattended on counters or the deck. Doors and windows must remain closed while the air-conditioning is in use.
Ensure the fire is properly extinguished before retiring for the evening. Only charcoal or untreated wood may be used for the braai.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than one week before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before check-in, a 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are not eligible for any refund of the deposit.
