The Icon One Bed Apartments have a spacious bedroom furnished with a King-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is also spacious with a large bath, separate shower, toilet and basin. The bathroom is accessed from the main bedroom and the hallway. The room has bedside tables and lamps. A fan is provided for the summer months. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washer, microwave, hob, oven, all crockery and pots / pans. There is a small dining area for two. The lounge is air conditioned and has a large couch, a separate chair and coffee table. There is a 34 inch smart flat screen TV which is connected to Netflix. The internet is stable and more than adequate for a Zoom meeting. It can be upgraded if required. There is a Juliet balcony off the lounge, just large enough to stand on. There is a dedicated parking bay for the apartment with direct access via elevator to the apartment. There is a full gym and pleasant pool area which guests can access for free.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
