Stunning! Great food, staff very professional and friendly, rooms beautiful and views breathtaking

I was absolutely blown away with the view, the interior, the spacious and beautiful room. The food - absolutely excellent. The four course dinner is a must! The breakfast was also delicious. The best omelet I ate in a long time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely visit the place again. The rates really good comparing with other Lodges in the area which are not nearly as good as The Fernery. In fact cannot compare at all.

Definety worth it!

Lovely quiet and in the forest there is a six km gravel road between the trees to the lodge, suggestion open your window drive slowly and take in the fresh air. We stayed in the chalet overlooking the forest and pools the view from the bedroom and bathroom was awesome, if you need to be on your own or read a book in peace this is the place no TV there is a TV room at the 2nd pool if you are desperate. Buy some water, cold drinks, snacks and wine as the bar fridge is empty, you can select your own wine or get a drink and food at the main lodge. Try the home made milk tart and coffee at high tea.
