The Bakoni Hide-Away architecture was inspired by the many stone circles that occur in this region and the Bakoni people who are believed to have roamed the area in the past. The cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway for two, or for two good friends. The King-size bed with a thick overlay can be separated into two comfy single beds. An additional guest, two at a squeeze can be accommodated on mattresses on the mezzanine floor above the lounge. The en-suite bathroom has a dual shower. There is a gas stove and a fridge in the kitchen. There is a fire place in the lounge as well as a gas heater for cold winter evenings. The geyser provides extremely hot water but, in rainy weather, may take time to warm up. Plug points are provided for charging laptops and phones (but not hairdryers). Front wall of glass doors opens cottage to the bush and there is a loft reading area.

Travelling with children?
Children over the age of 5 are welcome. There are steep steps and a pond nearby which are not suitable for small children.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Full refund minus one night accommodation and the admin fee if cancelled at least 2 weeks beforehand and 50% refund if cancelled at least 1 week beforehand.
