The Arches
The house can accommodate up to 11 guests and is comprised of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. There is a fifth bedroom furnished with three single beds. There are both bath and shower facilities available in the house. There is an open-plan kitchen and living area. The lounge is comfortably furnished and there is dining space for six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools.

Cancellation policy
More than one month prior to check-in date: No forfeit - full refund
22-30 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 25% of the deposit
15-21 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 50% of the deposit
08-14 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 75% of the deposit
01-07 days prior to check-in date: Forfeit 100% of the deposit
Non-arrival or early departure: No refund - the total booking value is forfeit / payable
