How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is non refundable. However in the event of full payment having been received the management may consider refunds where the days booked can be rebooked by the owner. Full payment must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.
