Tanya's on 2nd Avenue sleeps four guests in two air-conditioned Queen rooms which each have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a separate bath and shower. The bathrooms are equipped with luxurious amenities and towels, ensuring a pampering stay. Both rooms feature a comfortable sitting area and a convenient vanity table for your comfort. The house has been masterfully renovated and decorated in a charming and eclectic style with access to a full kitchen, lounge, dining area, and laundry plus use of the well established courtyard and covered patio. The house is set up to be a home from home for you, with amazing comforts, such as a cast iron fireplace, extremely comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton sheets, premium cotton towels, and a lush, manicured, garden view from every window. Secure parking is available on site.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
