Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music is allowed after 22:00.
No parties are allowed on the property. Management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
DStv can be activated at an extra cost per day.
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs are allowed at a time.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
If cancelling 99 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
