Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

No booking is confirmed unless a 50% deposit as well as a signed rental contract have been received by the owner. Balance payable four weeks prior to arrival date if booking is for a December / January stay, otherwise eight weeks before date of arrival.
The refundable breakages deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. Breakages deposit repaid, less cost of any breakages or damages, 7 days after departure. Reservations are released automatically should payment terms not be met.

Travelling with children?
Regrettably, no children under the age of 12 unless by prior arrangement with Management.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing
Less than 56 days prior to arrival date: 25% of booking value forfeited
Less than 28 days prior to arrival date: 50% of booking value
Less than 7 days prior to arrival date: 90% of booking value
