How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and apply as follows:

Cancellations 15-21 days prior to check-in date: forfeit 35% of the total booking amount
Cancellations 08-14 days prior to check-in date: forfeit 50% of the total booking amount
Cancellations 01-07 days prior to check-in date: forfeit 75% of total booking amount
No show / cancellation on arrival or premature stay: forfeit 100% of the total booking amount

All cancellations incur an administration charge of R150 - No verbal cancellation will be accepted and must be communicated in either written or electronic format.
