Self Catering Accommodation

Sunset Sparrow Villa has three bedrooms, two of which have modern en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a Queen-size bed, built in cupboards and a dressing table. The en-suite bathroom has a bath / shower combination. A small bedroom links to bedroom one through a door and has a single bed. It has a door to the outside backyard. A passageway leads to bedroom three with two single beds, built in cupboards and a dressing table. The beds can be joined together to form a double bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. There is also a glass door that opens onto the paved garden area.

The living area is entered through a stacking sliding door. This space consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, smoothie machine and nespresso coffee machine for that morning cup of coffee. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. The lounge has a couch, chair, poof and a 43" flat-screen UHD TV with DStv EasyView. It can connect to YouTube, Netflix and supports content from a USB drive or memory sticks.

Entering the house through an automated gate, you can park your car inside the walls of the property. A paved patio with a modular couch unit and a weber braai available for your braaing convenience.
