Summer Rocks Unit A comprises of three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee / tea making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The apartment also features a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches as well as a TV (guests need to bring their own decoders, smartcard and remote if they wish to watch DStv). The dining area has ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals. Both the main bedroom and the lounge walks out onto a balcony with sea views.

There are communal braai facilities available for guest use during their stay as well as a communal swimming pool.
