Summer Forever is a large beach house situated at 1313 Penhurst in Ramsgate, popular amongst golfers, large families and groups of friends.

The house has a superb elevated sea view from where whales and dolphins are frequently spotted. The house is just 400m from the swimming beach. The house is modern and has attractive features geared for care free holiday living.

Self Catering Accommodation

This holiday home sleeps 12 guests comfortably.

The main house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a king size bed in the main room. Joined to the main house with separate entrances is a laundry and two bedrooms both en-suite, the main bedroom has a king size bed.

The lounge includes bar with a sea view. High definition full premium bouquet TV with the latest Explorer decoder and 50 inch flat screen makes ideal for watching sport or movies. The lounge blinds are fully automated.

The lounge also includes latest technology double door LG fridge / freezer with on tap cold water and automatic ice dispenser as well as Bauer fridge only in the kitchen.

Please bring beach towels, black bags, toilet paper and dish washing liquid. A minimal amount of these items is supplied. All bed linen is provided.

Services

There is free internet available via a wireless router (password on router) and 384k Telkom ADSL line. The connection is limited to 5GB of blended data per month so it not meant for excessive downloading.

Security

Security consists of armed reaction by Wolf Security, full sensors inside the house and the latest RX beams outside the house. French timber doors and windows with built in steel burglar bars.

All sea facing rooms have sliding doors that can be fully opened but the timber(steel inside) open frame can be kept closed to allow fresh breezes into the room day or night. A camera system round the house is monitored 24 / 7 by the security company. A monitor with all cameras in view is also in the main bedroom. An electric fence surrounds and sets off a separate alarm if breached. The front gate is automated as is the garage door.
