Studio 28 Clarens offers 2 two-sleeper apartments with a choice of either two single beds or a king-size bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.; ; The studios offer fully equipped kitchenettes with hob, microwave, bar fridge, electric toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Complimentary coffee, tea, rooibos, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper and dish washing liquid are provided.; Loadshedding; ; Although we do not offer a full backup system during load shedding, we have backup lights and a small camping gas stove to allow you to boil water for tea/coffee. The complex also has a backup water system for all the units.

Travelling with children?
Children over the age of 12 are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, or on arrival date: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
