The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, and a welcoming living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and boasts beautiful sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the sight of the ocean each morning. The bathroom is fitted with a bath with an overhead shower.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as all the necessary cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. The adjoining lounge offers a comfortable space to unwind, complete with a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and large windows showcasing spectacular views of False Bay.

Guests have access to the communal coin-operated laundry facilities located on the ground floor of the complex, as well as shared braai facilities for relaxed outdoor dining. Secure on-site parking is available for added convenience and peace of mind.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Conditions
