Sky Loft Apartment
Sky Loft Apartment is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor and accessed via steps. The room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and there is a sleeper couch for one child under 12. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchenette has a two-plate induction stove, microwave oven, bar fridge, kettle and toaster. There is no balcony but there is a dedicated outdoor space for guests to relax and barbecue, with a magnificent view of fynbos and the dam. Guests have access to the courtyard pool area where they can relax. There is Wi-Fi even in loadshedding and a TV with DStv. The unit is serviced weekdays except Tuesdays and weekends. December the unit is serviced on Saturdays.

Garden Studio is a superior self catering Studio with one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom. The unit is serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We offer uninterrupted wifi, Netflix, a private deck with braai ,overlooking the garden with a sea view from the bedroom and lounge area. This is a comfortable unit with a well equipped kitchen and a living area.

Sea View Top Deck Studio is an open plan unit with a double bed. This unit has a private deck with views over the grounds towards the sea and is on the first floor via wooden stairs. There is a sleeper couch option for one child under 12. The bathroom has a bath/shower, combo toilet and basin. The kitchenette has a two-plate induction stove, microwave oven, bar fridge, kettle and toaster. There is Wi-Fi even in loadshedding and a TV with DStv. The unit is serviced Monday to Friday.

Stoneridge Large Family Cottage has three bedrooms, one furnished with a Queen-size bed , one with a double and one with twin beds. A sleeper couch for one child under 12 can be made available. There is a TV with DStv and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi remains on in load shedding. There is a well equipped kitchen with a bread machine, stove, egg boiler, fridge / freezer etc. There is a pool in the courtyard and a private garden with braai facilities and garden furniture.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
