No parties/loud music or large gatherings are permitted at the property.
Please supervise children at all times, especially around the plunge pool.
Securely latch doors and windows when open, particularly during windy conditions.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
