A separate TV room and an upstairs balcony offer lovely sea views for a moment of quiet or a glass of wine at sunset.; ; The fully equipped kitchen features a gas hob, electric oven, and a dishwasher, making holiday cooking a breeze.; ; The open-plan living and dining space includes a large table that seats ten, a cosy lounge with an indoor fireplace, and a built-in outdoor BBQ area for summer evenings. There’s also a washing machine and an outdoor drying area for added convenience.; ; Sterretjie is serviced during the week, with weekend cleaning available by prior arrangement and at guests' own cost. The keys please need to be collected at the Paternoster Rentals office.
The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before or on arrival; keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Kindly note that we do not have the authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
