About Spes Bona Guesthouse

Located in the Upper Karoo town of Colesberg, Spes Bona has been welcoming guests for the last 15 years. We are one of the first established guest houses in Colesberg and provide the ideal halfway stop for travellers between all the major cities in South Africa.

Accommodation

Spes Bona Guesthouse has five en-suite units as well as two lounge areas with TVs, four patios with seating in the large garden, two braai areas and secure, undercover parking.

Family Rooms:
There are three Family Rooms. All are en-suite (two with a shower and one with a bath) and rooms are furnished with either a double or queen size bed and two single beds.

En-Suite Room:
The en-suite room is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed. The bathroom has a bath and hand shower.

Twin Room:
This room has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower only.

Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast is optional and can be arranged on arrival. We are also very close to the restaurants in the area.

We stayed with three spaniels and We are made to feel very welcome . The dogs were allowed to run around ( under supervision) It was a very hot day and load shedding was affecting their water supply but every possible way of making our stay comfortable was seen to . We left after a wonderful breakfast . A good find.
