A booking at Simbavati River Sands includes/excludes

RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, all meals, two safari activities per day, private safari vehicle, beverages (excluding premium brands and cellar wines). Return transfers from Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport (HDS).
RATES EXCLUDE:
All other drinks, private transfers, gratuities, laundry service, other items of a personal nature. Conservation levies and gate entrance fees.

Timbavati Conservation Levy:

R575 per adult per night and R288 per child under 12 years per night. Will be added to invoices for prepayment, or collected at the lodge directly.

Self-drive guests only: Vehicle entrance fee of R300 is payable at the Timbavati or Klaserie Control Gate for all self-drive guests. (All levies & fees subject to change)

River Sands Villa is warm and welcoming and consists of two bedrooms privately situated, opening onto a beautiful game viewing deck with a riverfront view. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed (can be twin beds). The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath and double rain shower. Two spacious suites are connected by the main lodge area. A large outdoor patio invites relaxation and surrender to the tranquility of the wilderness that surrounds the villa. Breakfast and lunch are served daily outside on the wooden deck, set out under age-old Jackalberry and Leadwood trees, combining African and Western cuisine offering exciting new tastes for the more adventurous as well as for the more conventional preferences. A traditional dinner is served around the campfire in an open-air boma, an experience not to be missed.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 120 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
