Kindly take note there is a compulsory Timbavati Private Game Reserve conservation fee of R 328.00 per person per day which can be prepaid with the lodge and the Timbavati vehicle entrance fee of R 160.00 per vehicle payable on arrival. Rates are subject to change without prior notification

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be given in writing
If cancelled up to 61 days prior to arrival, a 10% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
If cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to arrival, a 25% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
If cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 75% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
Cancellations of 4 rooms and more, group cancellation policy will apply
Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only, after which the accommodation will be released
