How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancellation occurs 6-7 weeks prior to arrival: No cancellation fees.
If cancellation occurs 4-5 weeks prior to arrival: 30% of total amount.
If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total amount.
If cancellation occurs same day – 1 week prior to arrival: 100% of total amount.
