Each chalet is luxuriously appointed is furnished with a King-size bed, a private game-viewing deck, fireplace, outdoor shower and sitting area. Wooden walkways meander between the main Shishangeni lodge and the 22 individual chalets. Twice-daily game drives are each broken by morning coffee breaks and evening sundowners, while the spa allows you to enjoy treatments in the comfort of your room.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Please note that should your reservation be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee on the full value of the stay is payable and should your reservation be cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee is payable.
Should unconfirmed reservations not arrive by 18h00 on the day of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation. (Arrival time is from 14h00, and departure time by 10h30.)
Gate Times: 06h00 to 18h00. Please ensure that you enter the park at least 1 hour prior to the gate closing.
