• Tourism levy of R14 pppn applicable to all lodges
• Karongwe Game Reserve gate entrance fee of R105 per person per stay
• Rhino levy of R40 per person per stay and must be settled direct on departure
• Driver/Guide rates apply which do not include game drives R835 pppn
• Children under 6 yrs are not permitted on any Game activity unless approved by the Lodge Management onsite

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 41 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
