How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
More than 60 days guest forfeit 50% of the deposit. Less than 60 days forfeit full deposit. In addition to any cancellation fee that may be payable above, 15% of the total quote price (vat excl) will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
