Upon entering the premises, you are met with an enchanting driveway that is covered by a canopy of trees. Walking to reception, you discover why the hotel is called ‘Shangri-La', as your mind is calmed by the sound of a small waterfall. The pathway to reception has become a paradise of tropical palm trees and lush greens revealing the majestic wooden deck leading from the main building into the tree tops above. Very friendly and helpful staff, management should appoint a person who'll inspect each and every room to identify whatever need to be replaced or fixed to avoid unnecessary complains. We moved twice in three days. They have a very beautiful place all they need is to maintain it.

Overall a very good experience. They arranged for us to book in earlier than the 14:00 on the Saturday, because of a wedding that we had to attend. At breakfast the Sunday Morning which was delicious by the way, they baked an extra batch of flapjacks(when it was finished), which they took to the table for us. A very enjoyable stay!!!
