Shad Shack is a single-story holiday home comprising three main bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, located directly on the beach. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms situated separately from the main house, each with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across five bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms.; ; Upon entering, a few steps lead to a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, furnished with stylish décor, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen television for your entertainment. A small desk is provided for work or study if required. Outside, a large covered patio is furnished for relaxation and features a swimming pool with a safety cover, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach visit, a built-in braai, and a firepit. A gas braai is available on the patio alongside a pizza oven and paella grill for culinary enthusiasts, with a Weber braai also provided for traditional barbecues.; ; The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. A separate laundry room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional amenities include an air fryer, an ice maker, a secondary fridge, and a chest freezer, ideal for fishermen or large families.; ; The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom featuring double basins, a shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom also contains a queen bed and ceiling fan, while the third bedroom has two single beds and a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, and there is a separate guest toilet for added convenience. Young families are accommodated with a cot and a high chair, ensuring a comfortable stay for children.; ; The two additional guest bedrooms, located apart from the main house, are perfect for teenagers or couples seeking privacy. Each is fitted with a double bed, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. One guest bedroom is equipped with a coffee station, allowing you to enjoy a hot drink without visiting the main kitchen.; ; For security and convenience, the property includes an alarm system and a double automated garage, although only one vehicle can be accommodated inside due to one side being fitted with a pool table and table tennis setup. The driveway behind the automated gate provides space for two to three additional vehicles.; ; Shad Shack is equipped with plumbed-in water tanks and a solar system, ensuring uninterrupted water supply and electricity, even during load-shedding. All linen is provided, though guests should bring their own bath and swimming towels. Small pets are allowed with prior permission, and shops and restaurants are located within easy reach.
