This tastefully furnished apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with a double bed, creating a comfortable space for families or groups of friends. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, while the remaining two bedrooms share a second bathroom equipped with both a separate shower and a bath.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay, including a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the open-plan living area offers an 8-seater dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV with access to streaming services, guests simply need to sign in using their own accounts. Large sliding doors open onto a private patio where guests can relax while enjoying uninterrupted ocean views and the iconic backdrop of Table Mountain. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool within the complex, as well as secure on-site parking for their vehicles.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be mindful at all times.
Keys may only be handed to the booking holder.
Laundry & Towels may not be hung on balconies.
Smoking and the use of drugs or any other substances are strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.
