The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a full en-suite bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, while a separate bathroom with a shower serves this room and the living areas. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied for guests' convenience. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided, and a baby cot can be arranged on request.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped for convenient self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, together with essential cooking utensils. A washing machine is also available. The dining area provides comfortable seating for meals, while the lounge features a TV with streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment, while a fan and heater ensure comfort during warmer and cooler weather.

The living area leads directly onto a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating and a dining area, creating a pleasant spot to relax while taking in the partial sea views. Situated on the first floor, the apartment is conveniently accessible by lift.

Guests have access to braai facilities, making it easy to enjoy a traditional South African barbecue during their stay. The property also includes 2 secure underground parking bays for added convenience and peace of mind.
