Seascape Villa

Seascape Villa offers accommodation for up to ten guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, each complemented by its own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite fitted with both a bath and a shower, a toilet, and a double washbasin. This room also features a comfortable seating area and opens onto a private balcony.

The second and third bedrooms are each equipped with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms that include both a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the fifth bedroom provides two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Bedrooms four and five are positioned separately from the main house, offering added privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, double-door fridge-freezer, microwave, ice machine, as well as a full selection of cutlery and crockery. A breakfast bar with stools provides a casual dining option. The dining area accommodates up to twelve guests, while the lounge is comfortably furnished with a plush seating arrangement, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television with DStv channels. A dedicated bar area, complete with three bar stools and a wine fridge, adds to the entertainment appeal.

The living area opens directly onto a spacious pool deck, where guests can enjoy a 16 metre swimming pool, braai facilities, and a pizza oven. Outdoor dining is well catered for with an eight-seater dining table, as well as an additional table with bench seating for eight guests. Six loungers are available for relaxation. The experience is further enhanced by a rooftop deck featuring a built-in gazebo and seating for eight, ideal for taking in the surroundings.

The swimming pool is not fitted with a safety net, and there are areas with drop-offs, therefore the property is not suitable for small children.
