Self-Catering Accommodation

Seagull View Sunset holiday home features expansive open plan living spaces that bring together a comfortable lounge, generous dining areas, and a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen suited to relaxed self catering stays. Large doors open onto the sea facing front patio, allowing sweeping views and the gentle rhythm of the ocean to form part of daily living. From the dining area, the space extends to a sheltered back patio with a built in braai, providing an inviting setting for outdoor dining and unhurried evenings.

On the ground floor, a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom opens directly onto the deck, offering both privacy and ease of access. A guest cloakroom is also conveniently located on this level. Upstairs, two well appointed bedrooms open onto balconies with exceptional sea views.

Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king size beds that can be converted to single beds on request, while the third bedroom features a queen size bed. An additional television lounge upstairs includes a sleeper couch suitable for two children, offering a comfortable space for relaxation or entertainment.

The kitchen integrates seamlessly with the living areas and is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and air fryer. A separate scullery accommodates the fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, ensuring the main living areas remain uncluttered. Seagull View Sunset offers outdoor parking for two vehicles and does not include a garage. Guests have access to a large communal lawn positioned in front of the home, a shared swimming pool within the estate, and a direct walkway leading to the sandy shoreline of Keurbooms Beach. Additional features include Wi Fi, a solar power system, an alarm within the gated complex, and practical beach items such as chairs, towels, and an umbrella.
