The complex is conveniently located within walking distance to Margate’s main swimming beach, Margate pier, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and shops.

Self Catering Accommodation

Santorini A-Block Penthouse is an apartment in Margate situated in the front block ocean side of the complex and comprises 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

The bedrooms are all equipped with air-conditioning. The main bedroom opens onto the spacious balcony with stunning views of the ocean. It is equipped with a TV, small bar fridge and King size bed. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with double basins, shower, bath, toilet and bidet. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with Queen-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms with basin, toilet and shower. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with basin, toilet and a shower over the bath.

When entering the apartment you are surrounded by space. There is a TV lounge with flat screen TV and comfortable seating as you enter to the right. To the left a small work station, for those needing to catch up on some work. From the entrance you walk through to an open plan area which provides comfortable seating in the living area, equipped with a large flat screen TV, DSTV, WIFI and an Inverter (which powers the TV, DSTV and WIFI for those load shedding blues). The dining area provides seating opposite the kitchen making it a great area dining experience. Both living and dining area open onto a large balcony with 180 degrees sea views.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and an oven and stove, dishwasher and washing machine. The windows in the kitchen open onto the indoor enclose balcony overlooking the gas braai area, as well as a 2-plate gas stove. From the dining area you walk through this enclosed area which also boasts a Jacuzzi to unwind in, all opening onto the balcony surrounded by magnificent views of the ocean.

There is a communal swimming pool and braai facilities in the complex available for our guests to use.
