The accommodation comprises three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom equipped with a bath, toilet, and basin. All bedrooms include air conditioning for comfort, and the unit also provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The lounge has a comfortable suite seating six and a flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi. From the lounge, a large balcony opens up with a built-in gas braai and patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the view.

A carport is allocated to the unit, with additional visitor parking available. The unit has no stairs from the parking bay, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The complex offers a swimming pool and braai facilities. Margate Main Beach is approximately 100 meters away and accessible via a gate from the complex. Nearby, you will find a variety of restaurants and shops. All linen and bath towels are provided, except swimming towels.
