San Lameer Villa 2001 is a self catering apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom.; The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. The unit has an air conditioned open-plan living area that is comprised of a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table and guests can relax in the comfortably furnished lounge which has a TV with selected DStv channels. The living area opens onto a covered patio with braai facilities. The patio connects with a large lawn in front.

The unit is serviced in seasonal periods, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Off Peak it will only be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
