There are five bedrooms, two rooms are furnished with a King-size bed, one is furnished with Queen-size bed and two furnished with twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Two of the bathrooms also have a bath. The sea facing bedrooms have superb views over the beach, Seal Point and the historic lighthouse and Indian Ocean beyond whilst the garden rooms look onto villa's garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable self catering stay and is fitted with a gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The villa has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opening onto a private deck with its own swimming (plunge) pool. The lounges are beautifully furnished with large comfortable couches and large screen television with selectable satellite TV channels. The house has a private access path to the beach.
