Sandmossel accommodates guests in three bedrooms, each complemented by convenient bathroom facilities. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains two single beds and is served by a separate bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, bath towels and swimming towels are supplied, along with a hairdryer, dressing table, iron and ironing board.

The open-plan living and dining area provides a comfortable space to relax together, with ample seating, a dining table, a fireplace and a television with DStv. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and tea and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer make longer stays more convenient, while solar panels and an inverter provide backup power during loadshedding. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.

Outdoor spaces are designed for easygoing coastal living, with a furnished patio, an outdoor dining area, an enclosed garden and two braai areas for leisurely meals in the fresh sea air. Secure, complimentary parking is available in the gated driveway. For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a security alarm, exterior CCTV cameras and fire extinguishers.
