Sabuti 21 is a bright and sun-filled apartment offering a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and Nespresso machine. The tastefully decorated open plan lounge and dining room open onto the private patio offering breathtaking ocean views. The unit has a high speed fibre internet line with instant access to DStv / satellite channels, Netflix, YouTube and Showmax from the smart TV. The elegant main bedroom has a King-size bed and opens onto the patio. This room has a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and third bedroom has two single beds. These rooms continue the ocean theme and have access to the second full bathroom and guest toilet. The apartment offers two undercover parking bays, with easy access to both Sabuti swimming pools.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R550.00.
