Riverview 51 is a one bedroom apartment and the Queen-size bed is fitted with the softest Egyptian cotton linen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with two showerheads (one is hand held) and you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday here, including hairdryer, Egyptian cotton towels, and beach towels. The fully kitted out kitchen (fit for a chef!) has been equipped with top-of-the-range SMEG appliances, including an oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. There is also a breakfast bar for casual dining and then a stylish, sophisticated yet homey lounge with plasma flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and fast, complimentary Wi-Fi. The lounge flows out onto a gorgeous balcony framed by bougainvillea: a perfect venue for enjoying long, lazy, summer evenings or that morning cup of tea or coffee. (The complex also has a small communal pool for those hot summer days when not even an ice-cold cocktail will cut it.)

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 59 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.

Covid Cancellation policy - Please note that this only applies to bookings made after April 1st, 2020 for travel before October 1st, 2021:
Deposit is 100% refundable until date of reservation for any guest-initiated cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this includes but is not limited to government lockdowns, travel bans, exposure to COVID-19, or guest not wanting to travel for fear that it is not safe to do so.
Deposit is 100% refundable if villas initiates a closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this includes but is not limited to government lockdowns, travel bans, COVID-19 cases in the team, or area, threat to the health and safety of our team or guests, or business-related inability to trade.
If guests are required to vacate the villa during their stay, any nights not taken will be refunded in full.
If guests would prefer to postpone instead of cancel, we would be happy to do so without penalty for any dates prior to October 1st, 2021.
