Are you moving to Pietermaritzburg and in need of a comfortable temporary home? Or perhaps you’re visiting the city for a work assignment? Ridgeway Close provides an ideal “home away from home”, offering extended stays in comfortable, fully equipped self-catering accommodation that caters for singles, couples, families, and groups.
Self-Catering Accommodation
The selection of accommodation caters to a range of preferences and budgets, from the popular Bachelor Flat to our elegant one- and two-bedroom simplex units and the spacious three-bedroom Cottage. Each unit is designed with comfort and practicality in mind and includes a well-equipped kitchen, with selected units featuring washing machines. In accordance with current legislation, all rooms and units are non-smoking, although guests are welcome to smoke outdoors in designated areas.

Durban can be reached in under an hour, making it a convenient base for both business and leisure travellers. The property is also close to the University of KwaZulu-Natal, leading private and government schools, and several private hospitals.
Guests can enjoy easy day trips to the region’s many attractions, including pristine beaches, excellent game reserves, the scenic Midlands Meander, and the majestic Drakensberg. For those with a love of history, the renowned Battlefields are also within comfortable driving distance.
