Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 6 yeas are charged R50 per child per night.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
No refund will be made in the event of a premature departure.
The full deposit will be forfeited in the event of you failing to arrive timeously.
In the event of a cancellation of a reservation 14 days or less before arrival the full deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of cancellation between 15 and 28 days before arrival, 75% of the deposit, alternatively 25% of the full quotation (whichever is the greater), will be forfeited.
In the event of cancellation 29 days or more before arrival, 50% of the deposit, alternatively 25% of the full quotation (whichever is the greater), will be forfeited.
