Cancellation policy
0-7 days forfeit 100% deposit
8-14 days forfeit 75% of deposit
15-21 days forfeit 50% of deposit
21 days plus forfeit 30% of deposit
10% administration fee will be charged on full refunds
Cancellations terms because of bookings during School and Public Holidays: no refund will be made within 30 days prior to arrival
