My family booked a stay at the lodge, and l was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the rooms. Excellent food and service, l will definitely recommend this venue.

We had a lovely stay at Pumbaa. The room was spacious, modern and nice (WIFI was great!). Having the restaurant open all day was great. Breakfast and Bar food were excellent. Dinner was a little disappointing though (Ribs and Calamari were just OK). The staff were very helpful and friendly, and soon fixed any issues. The wildlife park was impressive but they should explain how many of the animals were rescued vs bought in, otherwise it seems like a big zoo - maybe some individual animal stories would help this. Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed Pumbaa very much!

I truly enjoy my stay at the lodge and the staff was fantastic. Very nice food and service, clean rooms, quiet environment and allowed me to rest very well after a long travel.

The rooms and the safari was great. The breakfast is very poor and bad.

The staff was very welcoming and listening to the roar of the lions throughout the evening was worth the stay alone! Highly recommend it and literally only minutes away from town.

The calming feeling of being away from the city's hustle and bustle whilst being within 6km if you desperately need anything is refreshing. Hearing the sounds of the occasional roaring lions is great for us wildlife lovers. I rate the tranquil environment, pleasant staff, good Wi-Fi at 4/5 TV - Only Open View: This is the downside. Surely they can do better than that. I rate them 2/5 for that

What a wonderful experience. Rooms are big and everything is very clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly Food excellent. Highly recommended, waking up to the roar of lion. Will be back

From Management (Jackie) to the staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful at all times. Loved their energy and aura. The stay was amazing, the animals are the high light. To sleep and wake up to those amazing sounds what an adventure. We will definitely be back this year again.

The room was great. Spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Our gide's name was Small and he was very informative and very polite. Overall we had a great time.

What friendly staff, we were the only guests and they went out of their way for us, great service great food, all nice!!!
