Portico 405 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom offers its guests a comfortable Queen-sized bed and has a sliding door providing access to the balcony which allows for an abundance of natural light and fresh air into the room. The second bedroom offers two single beds with a bedside table and light between the two. The bedrooms make use of two shared bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and basin and the other with a bath, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are included in your stay. Take advantage of the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience where you can cook up your favourite dishes and enjoy them at the intimate dining table. The cozy lounge with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi is the ideal relaxation area, kick up your feet and enjoy a movie marathon or binge-watch some series. Leading out from the lounge is a stunning undercover balcony area with outdoor furniture and a weber braai where you can sit for hours taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and iconic Table Mountain, making this the perfect spot for relaxation. The apartment is also fitted with an inverter to ensure uninterrupted electricity.
