About Platteklip Wash House

The Platteklip Wash House offers accommodation where guests can Overnight on the lower slopes of Table Mountain. This historical house from the late 19th century consists of four comfortable units.

Self Catering Accommodation

The Platteklip Wash House can accommodate up to twenty four guests in six units. Some units have a TV with DStv / satellite. Linen and towels are provided.

Some units have shared use of a communal kitchen, dining room and lounge with a fireplace, as well as a braai area while others have their own kitchenettes and lounge areas.

Outside there is a boma area with a sunken campfire circle and a hammock. Off street parking is provided.

Although a cleaning service is provided, we ask guests to wash their own dishes.
