Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the chalet will result in termination of your booking without a refund.
Should you arrive after hours, your keys will be left at security if your accommodation is paid in full.
Units are serviced daily; housekeeping is included in the rate.
All units are non-smoking units. Smoking is only permitted outside the chalets.
Card Fees: Transaction (card) fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or if funds need to be reversed to a credit card.
Check-in Requirements: The cardholder must be present at check-in and provide a valid ID or passport. The same credit card used for the online payment must also be presented upon arrival.
