Pezula A Piece of Paradise is a beautifully designed multi-level villa featuring soaring ceilings, generous living spaces, and an abundance of natural light.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, the property offers five elegantly appointed en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds on request, making the home suitable for a variety of group configurations. Every en-suite bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet, while each bedroom is also equipped with its own Smart TV for added convenience and privacy.

The contemporary open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, mini bar fridge, side-by-side double-door refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, and all the essential appliances required for effortless meal preparation. An adjoining scullery houses the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, keeping the main living area uncluttered.

Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the expansive open-plan lounge and dining area creates a welcoming space for entertaining and relaxation. Comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and an impressive 2.2-metre gas fireplace provide year-round comfort, while the indoor dining area is perfect for shared meals.

Double-glazed doors open onto a covered entertainment patio complete with a built-in braai, comfortable outdoor seating, sun loungers, a Jacuzzi, and a heated swimming pool. From here, guests can enjoy spectacular views across Knysna and the iconic Knysna Lagoon.

The villa is equipped with a substantial backup solar power system to minimise the impact of load shedding. Please note that during power outages, the heated pool pump, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning units are not supported by the backup system.

Positioned alongside the sixth tee of the Pezula Championship Golf Course, the property enjoys a sought-after location with beautiful surroundings. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, along with complimentary Wi-Fi, a full DStv package, electronic safes in every bedroom, a double garage for two vehicles, and additional secure off-street parking.
